Known Issues

We're aware that with some routers/ISP providers, innuOS updates are currently being blocked due to the connection libraries we are using.
Because the update stops the innuOS services, the system no longer shows on my.innuos.com or Sense app after attempting the update. To restore the system to normal operation, please restart the system. The system will be back to normal after restarting. However, do not attempt to update as this will cause the same issue.

Contact our Support Team via our Support email with the Subject "System Error when Updating" and make sure to send us the serial number of your unit. We will then reach out to let you know how to resolve the problem.

A permanent fix will be available on a future update.
