Known Issues

We have become aware that under certain conditions, when logging in on Tidal from the Sense App, TIDAL shows as logged in on the Streaming Services settings page but there's no TIDAL link on the Music area and TIDAL tracks do not play. This is a communication issue between the app and the server. The team can reproduce the issue and will fix this on the next update.
The workaround is to open the Sense Web Interface and logout and login into TIDAL from the Sense Web Interface. To open the Sense Web Interface, do the following steps:

On Windows / Mac OS X with Intel:

1. Open your browser and navigate to my.innuos.com.
2. Click on the system listed and the Sense Web Interface will open.

On Mac OS X Apple Silicon, iOS and Android

1. Open your browser and navigate to my.innuos.com.

2. Touch and keep the finger on the system listed until a menu pops up.

3. Choose "Open in New Window" or "Open in New Tab". On Android you may have to go to the tab list and choose the new tab

Once you have opened Sense Web UI, go to System > Settings > Streaming Services and logout from TIDAL. This will start updating your library. Once that finishes, login again. TIDAL should now work fine on the Sense App.
