Here are three observations I made while editing album meta data.
The fields for Album Title and track Title are defaulted to Proper name capitalisation (i.e. first letter in upper case and the rest in lower case, whereas all the other text fields (Album Title, Genres & Tags, track Artists and track Composers) are all in lower case. I don’t particularly care for one or the other, but I would like that the default capitalisation is consistent for all text fields.
When I click or tap on a field three times rapidly, could this please select all text in that field? It would be a nice feature, to quickly put focus on a field and then after the triple click/tap the next character I type will replace the previous text.
The ^ and v controls only moves between the fields that are visible. When editing album data on an iPhone or iPad (particularly in landscape mode), there is not many fields visible, so to move between only these is quite useless. Could these controls be made so that I can move to fields that are beyond the current display area, please?

Hi Stephen,
Regarding capitalisation, I am only referring to the defaults being inconsistent. The defaults are easy to review when you start typing in a blank field.
I think the triple click/tap should work also when the cursor is not already in the field.

Hi Tomas, i have come back to this today and re-read the message and now understand what you mean and i think i perhaps misunderstood the first time. I did not realise at first that you were referring to the keyboard behaviour in terms recognising when to begin words with capitals or not. I now do see what you mean and confirm it is the same on both Android and iOS. I will raise this with the dev team.

Hi Tomas, I have just had a look at these points you mention.
- Regarding capitalisation, i cannot replicate this. I went to the self-titled album 'Eagles' by The Eagles, and could change this Album Title to 'eagles' without issue.
- Regarding selecting the full text field, when i triple-tap on the text it does highlight the full line of text so that i can start typing over it to replace it. I can do this on both Android phone and iPad. The only difference i could see was that on the iPad i needed to have the cursor already in the text field first for this to work.
- As for up and down controls, yes i found on iPad the same as you, it only switched fields within the displayed are so I will need to enquire what the options are around this.
