Allow Renaming and Merging Artists

Sometimes we have very inconsistent data on the music files on our music libraries. One frequent issue are Artist names can have variations and typos and then show up as different artists on the Artist View. In order to help manage this, we will provide 2 tools within the Artist view:
1. Rename Artist Name - Here you can rename an artist name and it will update all the files where that artist name is used
2. Merge Artists - Allows multiple selection of artists and the ability to merge them into a single artist. As above, all files with the changed artist will be changed in the background so these changes will persist on the files themselves and not just on the Music Library. This allows other systems like UPnP streamers, Sonos or when exporting the files to USB to benefit from this.
