Chose destination folder for ripping

When I moved my files into Zen Mk3, I put them in two folders: Lossless (which are ripped flags) and HiRes (which are hires downloads). When Ripping a new CD, it creates a cd-quality folder and puts the files there. I'd love to be able to designate rips go into my Lossless folder.
