When filtering albums using the available metadata it would be great if there was a subselect of the relevant metadata as filters are refined. eg filter 1 is classical, subsequent filter only shows metadata available on the classical albums found. Allows faster album find.
This can be achieved by using the ALL filter to highlight everything, then simply remove the genres/tags you wish to eliminate.
Negative filters would be huge. Being able to show every album except those of a certain genre (as one example) is a key use case I would use often previously on Roon.
When selecting multiple tags (genres) to filter on, the option to choose whether they narrow, or broaden the resulting album list; e.g. to include an album that is both Classical AND Chillout, or an album that is either Classical OR Chillout.
Also, would it be possible to have "negative filters" to exclude certain albums or tracks: for example Classical Music, except Opera (my operas are also tagged as classical to be able to catch all types of classical music when needed) or "Jazz, excluding Vocal Jazz"...
Same would apply to filters in Artist view. This could be very powerful to help create relevant playlists based on filter criteria
