Auto-select DAC is not working in PULSE series

When you have the Auto-select feature enabled (System -> Settings -> Audio -> Player Settings) in the PULSEmini and PULSE models, the behavior with external USB DACs is not consistent with the ZENmini server model when selecting the correct DAC.
This has no adverse effect and the user can always manually select the correct DAC.
