One of our metadata providers (GD3) is currently having a system outage which is causing an issue with innuOS when ripping CDs. Whenever innuOS tries to access this metadata provider, the system is getting an error and ejects the CD. We've been in contact with GD3 and they expect this situation to be resolved in the next few days.
This will happen only to some CDs, those who are not found on any of the other metadata services.
Our recommendation for the moment is to set those CDs aside for the moment to rip later as we expect the situation to be resolved in the next few days.
We will post more information here once we know more. Once the service is back online the system will come back to working normally, it will not require an update to be fixed.
The metadata service is now back up so this should now be solved for everyone. Let us know if it's not the case.
