On Samsung devices with Android 14 (One UI 6.0), when switching to another app and returning to Sense, Sense just displays a black screen.
We are currently checking why this is caused. The workaround for the moment is to kill the app and re-launch.

Installed the update. Seems to remember previous screen now. It shows the Innuos logo for a brief moment before presenting the previous screen. Is that as per the design?

Where can I download that update? According to my settings with my innuos app, I have version 2.5.1 and it is up to date.

Hi Yves, this is an update to the app itself, not the server, so you need to go to App store on Android/iOS and check for updates there.

We now have a solution and it's running through our QA. Once that is tested we will launch an update that will resolve the problem.
