We're seeing issues with the Sense app particularly on iOS whereas the app screen freezes and goes black on certain situations. This seems to happen when the device changes from one network to another. The team is already working on a fix which we plan to release very soon.
As a workaround, this should be fixed by killing the app and re-launching. It should not be necessary to reinstall the Sense app completely.

Yep, I have already figured out that I have to close the app and start over. And no, it is not switching from one network to another. This seems to be a new development in the last few weeks. Another glitch.

Double check on the app store of your device if you have the latest version of Innuos Sense - the current build is now 1.0.11
Not to be confused with innuOS on the server itself, which will receive 2.6.0 imminently.

App as now been updated to version 1.0.11 which should now resolve the issue. Let us know if you still experience this issue with the new version.

Yeah, the zenith mk3 is not able to play Aiff and Wav files to the end - and now the app no longer works on my ipad. Tried to reinstall it without success. Listening to music is impossible now …

It shouldn't need to reinstall the app. If you kill the app on iOS and re-launch, it should take you to the system list again. Anyway, we are working hard and will post an update very soon.
