Unfortunately the TIDAL streaming service platform seems to be experiencing frequent and general outages for more than the last 24 hours (since the 20th of October). This is not an issue with the Innuos server/streamer or its innuOS system. We are closely monitoring the issue with TIDAL and hopefully it will be sorted very soon.

Hello,
A quick update on this issue.
It seems that outages are not happening anymore as our partners report that the latest known one was last Friday the 28th. Now there seem to be isolated issues with some specific users that we are analysing.
Regarding the usage of Squeeze Control, other systems like the official TIDAL app and Squeeze Control (among others) use different access to TIDAL than we (and others) do. This means that problems felt in one access do not necessarily manifest in another. To emphasise the initial comment, please note that we did not release any changes to the SENSE or innuOS; and from our reports, most situations are now back to normal.
Although this issue is out of our control, we are actively working to resolve this situation by providing information and assistance to our partners, as we understand this is extremely disruptive.
I’ll keep this topic open for a few more days until we’re confident the issue is fully resolved.

If it is any help to others or perhaps the Innuos team I have discovered that if I access my Zenith Mk 3 via the original Squeeze Control then Tidal plays perfectly even when I cannot access Tidal using the latest version of the Sense App. This suggests to me the Sense App is at fault.
It's a clunky work around but at least it works.

Orange Squeeze?
MikeT
I was using Squeeze Control on my Windows PC but yes I have tried Orange Squeeze on my Android Tablet and that works too.

I don't feel this is a Tidal platform issue. I can stream from the Tidal app to my Bluetooth boombox all day without a hiccup.

MikeT - this issue just happened with me about 30 minutes ago. See screenshot from Brian Heisler below. I have a Zen Mk2.

Any progress? The issue is still ongoing and is very annoying.

The workaround would be to stream to the Innuos streamer via the actual Tidal app from your device (iPhone, iPad etc) and not via Innuos sense app.
Brian Heisler
How do you do that? When I try the Tidal app it does not see the Zen MK3

I have this issue as well.

Hope it will be fixed soon

Thanks for the heads up
