With the player/DAC disconnected (or off) the UI crashes in some actions

In some situations when a DAC is disconnected so the player displays "No Player Output" causes several areas of the UI to crash.
- Clicking the player history (with DAC disconnected);
- Opening an Album;
- Show All in Latest Tracks;

The workarounds are:
- Not to disconnect the DAC;
- Reconnect the DAC;
- Reboot the system;

Smart mix still crashes and system reboot does not help.
